You are at the heart of what we do.

CDS is a key to independent living.

MOCIL as the state-certified, original leading trusted resource with a personal care attendant service. We are a regional destination in Missouri for people with disabilities seeking in-home resources. Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Medicaid-based program that provides personal care attendant (PCA) services to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently. Participants receive resources to find caregivers to provide support with everyday activities, such as cooking and cleaning. Peer support, advocacy, and assistance with the facility-to-home process are only a few of the services offered. CDS program participants are responsible for locating, hiring, setting work schedules, and managing attendants. A qualified friend or family member, with the exception of a spouse or anyone under the age of 18, may be hired as an attendant.

Help MOCIL’s effort to provide continued support for our family members and yours by joining our fundraising initiative.
